Craft Fair Tuesday 17th July at Appledore

Just to let you know I am at a Craft Fair tomorrow trying to sell my craft stuff.  Fingers crossed that if its rainy again that people will pop in and bring some money to spend too.  There are always a good range of top quality craft stalls.

Someone asked for a Teddy bear last time so I have made one so hopefully they like that and it sells.  :)

Thanks for looking.  Susan xx

Craft Stall

This is what my table looked like.  I made loads of stuff yet again and sold quite a few cards, jewellery and glass.  Not necessarily on the day but who cares as long as people appreciate them.  I love making things and it makes it all the more worth while as I said if people appreciate them, so thanks very much.

Its always a nice crowd at the craft fairs and even if we don't sell anything we usually have a good time nattering.  XX

Hiya everyone
Are you organised for Christmas yet!  I am not, I havent made all my Christmas cards let alone sent any.  I have been busy making stuff for the Christmas Fair I am doing at my College.  This is one of my Stained glass items which I am hoping will sell well.

I will also have a selection of cards including Christmas Cards for sale and Jewellery.  I hope everyone in the area can come and have a look.  There are over 20 stalls so there will be lots of top quality crafts to choose from for very individual handmade presents.

Just a few of my cards made mainly using the Grand Calibur and Spellbinder dies.  Thanks for looking.
hugs Susan

Thanks for looking.  Will try and post a selection of cards I have made too.

Stained Glass Door

My eldest son started University last September and the day before he had a cafuffle with his younger brother.  Somehow between them a panel in the door broke all over his brother and of couse it was non of their faults.  Luckily there wasn't any serious injuries but I ended up with a window to fix.   Any way after we had all calmed down and when I came back from taking my son to University, (a proud moment and sad one as he would be staying in residence)  I thought it was a good opportunity to make a stained glass panel.   So this is the result.....

All made using the traditional stained glass method with lead came.

Work in progress on the left and after the soldering was complete on the right.
Panel complete before I fitted it into the door.  Just wish I had more time to do this.  I love it.
