Hi 1st post of 2012


Well its April already and I have been AWOL from my blog since December so sorry about that.  I am going to try and post at least once a month.  I have been pretty busy to be fair.  My ceramics course is getting a lot more intense as I am almost at the end of my 3rd year so just one year left to go after that.  These are a few of the pots that I have been making on the potters wheel.  At the moment it doesn't feel like it is going to get easier but hopefully soon it will all come together.  Practise makes perfect as they say.   I have done some with handles on which I am very proud of too.  I hope everyone of my family will like their Christmas gift of a jug this year!

    Great ceramic jugs!! I have always wanted to do pottery as it looks like fun. Hope you enjoy your class! :)Amy

      Thanks Amy I am really enjoying my course. I am determined to master throwing but its very frustrating! :)

My Sons card for the Royal Wedding
He won 2nd prize and it has been sent of to the happy couple. Very proud and he made a gorgeous card. I thought it was the best.
